1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged in transit

The wrong product has been delivered

Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Opened or used packages are not eligible for return.

2. Process

To initiate a return:

with your order details and photos of the product

Once approved, send the product back in original packaging

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Opened, used, or improperly stored products

Requests made after 5 days of delivery

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the shipping cost. Otherwise, it will be the customer’s responsibility.
